By using QuestGodmode, you agree to the following terms that govern our business relationship and marketplace usage.
Platform Usage
QuestGodmode is a marketplace for buying and selling virtual assets and gaming services. By using our site, you agree to comply with all local laws and the specific rules of the games being traded.
Escrow System
To ensure safety, all payments are processed through our retention system (Escrow). Funds are only released to the seller once the buyer confirms satisfactory receipt of the service or product.
Prohibitions
Fraud, harassment of other users, and use of the platform for illicit activities are strictly prohibited. QuestGodmode reserves the right to permanently suspend any account that violates these rules.
Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for the veracity of their offers and fulfillment of agreed delivery times. Buyers are responsible for verifying receipt once the service is completed.
Disputes
In case of conflict in a transaction, our support team will act as a mediator based on the evidence provided. If a dispute is resolved in favor of the buyer, the refund will be credited in full to their platform balance (QuestGodmode Balance).
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
